JOANA SCHNEIDER
Studio
Sounds

For this edition of Studio Sounds, Joana Schneider shares a playlist that drifts between warmth, melancholy, and quiet movement. Blending dreamlike pop, ambient textures, reggae rhythms, and reflective songwriting, the selection mirrors the fluid, in-between worlds of her exhibition EEUWEN.

Much like Schneider’s textile works, the playlist feels organic and open-ended—moving through states of growth, transformation, and dissolution. Songs unfold gently, carried by rhythm and atmosphere, evoking landscapes shaped by erosion, memory, and constant change. Listening alongside the works, sound becomes part of the exhibition’s tidal rhythm: soft, immersive, and continuously in motion.
