KÖNIG BERGSON is pleased to announce Monira Al Qadiri’s solo show SILOED BEINGS, which will inaugurate the new gallery space in the silos of the former powerplant. Al Qaidiri’s show will include new glass, aluminum, and light pieces, as well as some of her signature 3D-printed works, in which she appropriates the shape of drill heads used in the petrol industry, transforming them into fantastical objects drilling into the sky. Furthermore, her exhibition will be complemented by a monumental outdoor sculpture and a large-scale installation of inflatable artworks in the 25m high atrium of the historic building.
