SKYPER TOWER, FRANKFURT, GERMANY
PERMANENT INSTALLATION SINCE 2024

Embedded between the iconic Skyper Tower and the historic Skyper Villa, three yellow Modified Street Lights wind their way toward the sky. Elongated, curved, swaying masts with wide arches, tight curves, and small loops combine to form in constant motion as if space and emotions were dancing together.
The three Modified Street Lights are more than mere illumination for the forecourt. Rather, they define and structure the space between the powerful buildings that firmly frame it. Through their dynamic interplay, they exert a binding force for the people moving in and through this space.

If one were to observe the movement paths of people passing through, similar forms would emerge as those of the playfully curved and twisted Modified Street Lights. The joyful synthesis arises from the overlay of the soft horizontal movement of people and the up-winding lanterns.
